Positive: Lovely house. Friendly owner. Very well-equipped.
Negative: Perhaps too much stuff in the house downstairs! A bit tricky to move around with 3 sofas, a large coffee table in living area, and the table in the kitchen between the double doors and back door. Don't really need a large wine rack, ice bucket and mezzaluna! Also the garden is overlooked as only has low walls, so maybe a small fence on 2 sides would help.
