Positive: Location was great close to the Tube station, parking was secure and views from the apartment are amazing.
Negative: Accessing the car park could have been easier, the greeter wasn't aware of the location of the access fob. Surfaces in the apartment could have been cleaned better, looked they had just been wiped with a damp cloth.
