Positive: Location. Ideal for two couples. Very comfy beds. Facilities good. View lovely. Local pub great. Warm property.

Negative: General outside appearance look very neglected, garden and roadside especially. Lots of cobwebs inside and dirty in places. Annoying buzzing sound in larger bedroom. No hot water in property on first day-although fixed immediately reported.
