Summary: I was rudely awakened by another guest entering my at 10.30pm having been given my room. Then at 11.30 pm the night porter woke me again questioning why I was in my room and the computer said I shouldn't of been there. He did apologise hiwever I was unsettled throughput the night and being a single woman alone it overshadowed the beautiful room.
