Positive: Location Helpfulness of owner in letting us into the property early.

Negative: Outside & inside of property is a little dated & shabby compared with other properties we've stayed in under Sykes cottages Lack of proper coffee making facilities - non- existent at present Cooker is quite dated. Small size fridge Cooking equipment is a bit random eg - several kitchen knives ,- but all blunt. Single glazed windows mean heating cannot keep house warm. Quite expensive Bathroom needs updating
