Positive: There was nothing to appreciate other than Close to town
Negative: Check in : no staff at the property to check us in, information about check in were sent late, 12 noon on same day of arrival while I was still in plane , I had to call to get the information, key need to be collected from somewhere else , no place to leave the luggage so you have to carry the luggage to collect the keys Very small and noisy close to main road and the pub , all night you can hear sirens of emergency services ,and people shouting outside Mattress : worn out spring , can not sleep on the mattress , cause back ache and discomfort,slept on the floor for 3 weeks contact the property management next day ,after 2 weeks of several rounds of email and phone call they provide mattress protector , which is like treating someone with paracetamol who have a heart attack Didn’t work , eventually they acknowledged they can’t fix the problem and as a gesture of goodwill they gave us late check out for 2 hours , how generous!
Summary: Not worth it ,21 days of sleepless nights and discomfort extremely disappointed
