Positive: Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Decor and styling was very nice. Lovely bar / dining area with a good range of drinks available. Handy location for anyone doing Hadrian's Wall with access to the local bus services, but the public footpath across farmland wasn't the handiest when dropping down from Thirlwall Castle.
Negative: Checking in was a bit slow, but was welcoming none the less
Summary: Loved the Inn, the food and the bedrooms - very comfortable stay
