Summary: The staff were friendly when they were there, and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from a tube station. However, their website says free parking and we were charged £10 to park. The room looked nothing like what was advertised and we booked a king and the bed deffinatly wasn't a king. When we came out of our room this morning at 8:30ish we were surprised to find a bag that had urine in/on it and a lump of poo on the landing at the top of the stairs. When we returned to check out and leave, they were still there at 11 and there were no staff around for us to make them aware of this.
