Summary: Conveniently located close to DUS airport (if not much luggage you can walk to the terminal). Room with single bed is quite small but has a decent size bathroom (private, though across the hall but that hallway was just shared with one other room). 2 flights of stairs up, not for the mobility impaired (small hotel, no elevator). Some noise from landing or departing flights during the day, but shut window blocks out most of the noise. Other than that very quiet (side street - almost no traffic). In very hot weather such as last few days the room heats up quite a bit.. keeping the window till late and using the provided fan helps. Overall a good value for those not overly spoiled.
