In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometres away) there is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (leisure park) is only 8 kilometres away, there are numerous rowing boat rentals, the settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every holidaymaker here has his four-legged friend with him, a new adventure playground is very close by.
There is a shop, bakery, butcher and various restaurants in the village.
