The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious three bedroom home, a stones throw from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach in Dalmeny, NSW. With two queen-sized bedrooms, a double-bunk room, a mezzanine level entertainment area plus a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor deck area downstairs, there is plenty of room to relax, take in the sea views and enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach. After swimming, the private hot outdoor shower is a joy. Inside there are two family bathrooms, one with a spa bath. All linen and towels are supplied and the beds will be made ready for your arrival.
All linen and towels are included, so no need to fill the car with those. The house has a double garage, plus an additional parking bay for a small boat or jet-ski.
Ideally suited for a family or two couples, there is much to experience in the surrounding area. Enjoy a stroll or bicycle ride along the coastal pathway stretching from Dalmeny Main Beach around the headland, past Yabbara Beach and all the way along the coast to Narooma, enjoying the views of of spectacular beaches, headlands and Montague Island in the distance. There is a diverse selection of cafes, clubs, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more in the surrounding region including Bodalla, Tilba and Moruya. Summary: Amazing Easter holiday get away, veiws from upstairs amazing, so close to the beach, amazing weather, quite neighbours. The house has everything you need except an a/c unit, which might be needed in summer but was comfortable without.
