Positive: In hindsight would’ve probably stayed in Kittery or Ogunquit instead since our kids seemed to like those areas better. We were 2 adults and 2 teens staying for 3 nights. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable and we all slept well. View was nice. Home has not been updated in decades which we already knew from photos. The carpet wasn’t the cleanest. We were lucky to have mostly mild summer days but definitely made use of the fans provided. When it was warm we used the AC units but had some frustrations with them as we had not used them before. They worked but were duct taped in order to work. As another reviewer mentioned, you’re paying for the view.

Negative: Old carpet, AC system was a Mickey Mouse system using duct tape to hold it together, cobwebs

Summary: Wouldn’t stay again even though the view was nice
