Guests with a grande prairie postal code cannot be accommodated at this property, this property is under a renovation construction,, due to the on-going renovation, our office hour is now monday to friday 8 am to 8 pm. however, we do have staff onsite to assist our in-house guests and reservations, when traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 eur per pet, per night applies (but at least a minimum fee of 35 euro per stay), please note: due to final construction work inside and outside the residence until the end of may 2024, some rooms may not have usable air conditioning and/or a balcony. the gardens are expected to be completed by the end of may.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
