Positive: The games room, comfortable beds. Large garden great for kids and dogs. Very hot water for baths and showers.
Negative: Very dated, unloved, lots of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Damp smell. View from the garden of dilapidated metal building.
Summary: We would not return because of the damp and maintenance issues. A welcome pack was supposed to be supplied and was not.
