Beautifully positioned on the southern shore of Norris Lake, this waterfront home provides gorgeous views, incredible sunsets, and direct access to a deep year-round channel from its large dock. It's a home that brings bright, contemporary style to one of the most classic settings in Tennessee.
The house is a showcase of its surroundings, with multiple levels of outdoor space that overlook the lake. There's a sunny deck with both bar and lounge seating, and a second shaded deck below. A staircase leads down to a firepit encircled by Adirondack chairs, a cornhole set, and another deck with a fleet of loungers and a lakefront dining area. One more flight of steps leads down to the dock, where you can set sail, launch a kayak, or dangle your feet in the water.
As for the house itself, it's open, polished, and modern, with cathedral ceilings and rear walls of glass that frame spectacular lakefront views at sunset. The main living area features chic, neutral decor, a flatscreen TV that can be seen from the kitchen and dining room, and a two-sided gas fireplace that warms the deck as well.
