Positive: Location is excellent & very convenient for Moraira (a nice, safe half hour walk away), also some great very local restaurants within 5 minutes walk (we enjoyed Casa Toni, Pollo Loco, Maxim & BB80). Think we were first visitors for a while & it needed a little TLC but we would happily stay again
Negative: Outdoor furniture needs upgrading
