This typical old farmhouse has been renovated with great care and refined decoration. It has also retained some of the low ceilings and old beams that add to its charm. This villa, which can accommodate up to 7 people, has a cosy living room with a log fire, a fully-equipped kitchen and a games room with kicker. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The outside layout has everything you could wish for: large terrace, heated swimming pool, covered jacuzzi, barbecue and garden furniture. All this with a breathtaking view over Lake Coo.
The house is built in the heart of nature, at the end of a small lane and a stone's throw from the woods.
Numerous sports and nature activities are available in the centre of the small village of Coo, known for its waterfalls, just 500 m from the villa.
