Positive: The villa is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed with incredible architecture and panoramic views. Spacious, well laid out, and full of potential for an amazing stay. Quiet, scenic location that feels very special and private.
Negative: The management company was difficult to reach – no phone support, slow replies via message, and unresponsive outside working hours. Difficult when issues arise. On the first day, the power went out four times due to overload from using multiple appliances – this wasn’t explained at check-in. The downstairs had a strong musty smell (likely due to humidity or mold), though it improved after opening windows. Air conditioning is only in one bedroom; the other rooms rely on shared corridor units, so doors need to stay open to stay cool. Basic amenities were lacking: no beach towels, no laundry detergent, and only minimal toiletries (no shampoo or body wash – just hand soap and dish soap). Beach towels and shampoo/bodywash were provided after we asked. Outdoor barbecue had been removed.
Summary: An exceptional and unique villa let down by underwhelming management.
