Luxury equipment and finishes: large kitchen with central island, large fridge, induction hob, indoor living room with spacious sofa, spacious outdoor living room, large dining table under the veranda, gas plancha and fire/barbecue area, 8*4m swimming pool with isothermal tarpaulin and solar heating, 60m2 of wooden deck with 4 beach beds.
