Positive: Kathy is delightful, practical and.speaks good English. She helped orientate me to her home and the area.in good English. Having someone greet you at the door and welcome you to stay gives a warm feeling after places where access is via your phone. The room I had included a private bathroom and was separated from the common space by two doors one of which locked..So it was secure and private. I enjoyed the breakfast Kathy provided and she was always ready to answer any questions. Kathy's place is a traditional Bed and Breakfast. She is a very experienced host backed up by her son Daniele. Kath enjoys her job and it shows. Walking distance to a huge park and Monza race circuit was great. It is also easy to take the bus into Monza township and beyond. Thanks Kathy you made me feel very.welcome.
