Positive: The property was clean. (many thanks for the previous client! :-) )
Negative: I have never seen something like this since I am travelling: the owner requested extra money for bedclothes, although on booking.com it was written that they are provided. We agreed a date when will I give answer if we can bring bedlinen from home or we will pay for him for the bed linen as we were travelling with airplane with small backpack. When I wrote him on the last day of the agreed date that we would need the bedclothes for the extra money, he wrote to me that I am too late, ha cannot provide them, so we had to loose time and money to buy bedclothes. The owner put us to clean up the room before leaving. The owner doesn't speak English.
Summary: Only beds without bedclothes.
