Positive: I liked the position of the villa, even though it was close to the train station, the location was appropriate and you could barely hear the traffic - and the noises made by trains weren't too close. The room in which we stayed was pretty spacious, enjoyed that as well a lot with enough storage space.
Negative: I think the communication with the staff was a bit chaotic - at first it told us to pay the entire price of our stay (even though I already paid half of it, called, sent my ID and an account statement to prove that I paid half in advance). We also had issues with the bathroom (which was flooded because the people upstairs were having a shower and water was slowly coming in through the walls) when we asked about it at the reception - they didn't come to check at all and just told us that after the people upstairs finnish showering it will stop. Otherwise, we had a nice stay, but I do not really think it was completely worth the price (the photos present the room in a much nicer light).
