Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very attentative and helpful throughout the stay. We enjoyed the Sol pool club that was included in the booking.

Negative: Some elements of the stay were not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel i.e. flashing lights in lobby, no lights in the shower, no complimentary items i.e. coffee & tea. Loud music heard in the evenings as the hotel hosts weddings and events which could be heard 3 floors down with the windows closed.

Summary: Nice hotel with pool and attentitive staff, some elements need reviewing to make it 5 stars
