Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view of Mount Ararat. The bed was large and very comfortable not too soft. The TV had Netflix, YouTube and IPTV with many channels. The staff were very helpful. In particular at reception, Syuzanna and Anna, both English speaking. The whole kitchen team under the head Chef Mohammed were very accommodating. Both me husband and I have very particular and strict dietary needs and they catered for us beautifully. The waiters were all very attentive but in particular I would like to mention Meher who speaks good English and was attentive to us throughout. We wish him luck and are sure he will succeed in his career. Many of the staff were not English speaking and I have not mentioned them by mame but all were kind, considerate and always helpful. The hotel is grand and beautiful, all the amenities are great. I thoroughly recommend it to visitors. You will not be disappointed.

Negative: It's not in a central location but taxis are cheap and it's very easy to get to the centre which takes about 20 minutes by car.
