Positive: It’s is well layed out with accommodating furniture. It’s also in a great location.
Negative: Upgrades on towels and toilet paper would match the quality of the apartment. Also, kitchen needs a dish towel. The listing needs to be amended. There’s major construction going on and my stay was incredibly noisy. This isn’t the owners fault, but I do feel it is their responsibility to let people know what is going on over there before renting it, instead of the day before you check in when you are outside of your cancellation window. Also, I think pictures need to be Updated for fall and winter stays. The rooftop that is advertised is closed, as well as the pool.
Summary: All in all, a good place. Needs a little more transparency about construction and current amenities offered during fall.
