HB2 is one unit of a duplex created from a warmly converted horse barn with all the amenities, but without the horses. However, you do have a full bedroom, bathroom, large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, deck and outside area for sitting and BBQ. Bring your own charcoal if you use the grill. You also get a full view of the 3 acre pond, the beautiful night sky (without street lights) and a free range duck might walk by, or a fox might call for her mate in the evening. It's rustic unique and comfortable with a queen size bed in the bedroom and fold out futons in the living room to sleep four more or an inflatable queen bed to sleep two more in a cozy manner. Two children under 12 years old are free of charge. Dogs are permitted on a case by case approval basis, must be on a leash at all times when outside and in restricted areas.
