2 Bedroom House in New Forest District, Hampshire

Buzzard View provides tasteful, peaceful, light and spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting at Rushcroft Farm and enjoys views of the farm from a lovely sunny terrace.
This light, spacious, modern barn conversion sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Situated in the village of Sway we are only a 5 minute stroll to two pubs, cafe, hotel restaurant, station and local shops. Sway station has great train links to London, local forest/coastal villages, the larger towns of Southampton and Bournemouth and even the Isle of Wight Ferry.
Buzzard View is set on our 20 acre farm. We breed English Goats, make goats milk soap. We also have our own horses and guests are welcome to bring theirs too (by prior arrangement with the owner). 6 steps to the entrance. All on ground floor: Open plan living/dining room/kitchen with wood floor. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (with comfy king size bed) and 1 twin. Shower room with toilet. Electric heaters. Bed linen and towels inc. Freeview TV. Electric cooker. M/wave. Private courtyard and a sunny terrace overlooking the farm, both with patio furniture. Parking. No smoking.
Buzzard View and Owl Cottage are attached with their own entrances, making it suitable for families who want to holiday together but also enjoy their own space and privacy. We also have a one bedroom Lodge attached available which sleeps 2.
We accept 1 dog in Buzzard View or Owl Barn but no dogs in The Lodge.
