Summary: The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used. I absolutely loved that there was hot water majority of the times in the shower and it was hot water like I haven’t experienced very often in guesthouses in India. The AC is awesome as well as in it’s a much needed item in a very hot city like Goa. Downside: The walls could use some work! They look pretty run down!
