Positive: Location is a top ,deep in the mountains and friendly stuff ,very clean
Negative: Shower wasn’t working properly .. 2 times they had to fix a boiler because there was only very cold water and together with a very cold temperature outside made us feel numb and frozen After the stuff fixed the boiler there was only very hot water making it unable to shower at all Very bad communication with a stuff ,they almost don’t speak English so when I asked for help with arranging a birthday cake for my husband(I would pay for everything over the top with extra )I never got any response and any help or advice ..it was simply ignored 😟 At the end I had no other choice so ordered something looking like a strawberry cake from Gojek because it was impossible to buy any possible cake at the supermarkets or market (they just don’t sell it at all or I don’t know where to buy it )and it was stolen by delivery guy after I finalised a payment online ..he just never delivered it and marked as delivered :((( Disaster and ruined birthday😔 Also no one ever said a word to him or congratulated in any way about his birthday,just simple ignorance at his day even though we were almost alone for the whole resort and I mentioned it a lot of times I felt very sorry for him 😔
Summary: Very clean and peaceful but very cold weather in September and cold to sleep if you don’t have 2 extra blankets like us
