On saturday mornings only, a hot tasty breakfast will be provided off-site just a 3-minute walk from the manor cheadle rather than in the hotel. this is a temporary arrangement until further notice, for bookings of 3 or more rooms, we ask a 50% non refundable deposit, if canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made, for individual bookings of three or more nights a 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on booking. if canceled 7 or more days before arrival no further charges apply, the guest house is closed between 10.30hrs and 16.00hrs when check in opens. check in is open until 21.00hrs. if you require a later check in please contact us no earlier than 3 days before arrival, all rooms are non-smoking. if guests arrive with a higher number of people that the booked facility can accommodate, the manor reserves the right to refuse to accommodate the extra people or the whole party.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: The Gardens were lovely
Negative: Breakfast wasn't provided on Saturday, instead we were given a voucher for Weatherspoon's in the local town. This wasn't what was advertised as we were expecting a Bed & Breakfast type experience. Whilst the Weatherspoons breakfast was nice, it did feel a bit misleading.
