'heated pools' - not correct. there is an outdoor swimming pool which is heated in the summer season from may to mid-september, 2. there is a separate study/work space available to guests - (not desks in the rooms), 3. please remove reference to southampton airport. please do put 1hr 20 min drive to london gatwick, and 1hr 45 mins to london heathrow. there is a direct train line from gatwick to chichester - the local train station, 4. the nearest attraction is east wittering beach which is directly in front of the property, 5. please remove the reference to 2 pet labradors - there are no pets on the property now.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, managed by a private host

Positive: Miranda was the best host! She made us feel very welcome and at ease her in own beautiful home. Nothing was too much hassle for her and even let me use the family bath after a long run. Would highly recommend and would love to go back!
