New build in the heart of The Junction, two minute walk to cafes and restaurants and 15 minutes to Bar Beach. Exclusive use of pool, backyard and deck. The primacy residence isn’t occupied during stays.
Air conditioning, ceiling fans and heated concrete floors throughout. Basic kitchenette with hot plate and small fridge and freezer, no dishwasher yet. This isn’t designed for cooking all meals at home; best suited to mostly dining out.
New Koala sofa bed in the living room converts to a queen.
The space
This well appointed pool house is perfect for a staycation or holiday in Newcastle.
The bedroom has a sliding door, ceiling fan and Dyson fan. There is a split system air conditioning unit in the main bedroom.
The main room has plenty of louvered windows and a sliding door and ceiling fan. This room benefits from easterly breeze.
The Kitchen includes an induction cooktop, kettle, fridge and freezer.
Fast wifi and a large television with Apple TV will make breaks between swims in the pool and beach days more relaxing.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold taps available off the garage.
You have exclusive use of the large deck, pool and yard and alfresco dining as we only rent this property when we are away.
Games and books available as is a child’s cot if required.

Summary: The property and location exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to local beaches and a range of eating options. Access to pool and outdoor area meant we felt like we were in a resort! TV seemed to 'drop out' at times (watching the footy) which is being a bit 'nit-picky'. We would happily stay there again.Fantastic few days!
