Positive: Demi was extremely easy to communicate with, and always helpful. Our room/apartment was very ample, functional and extremely clean. Location was great, very peaceful. Would definitely return.
Negative: Access is via a dirt road, manageable with a regular car but a small SUV might be a good option.
