Positive: Loved the location and facilities. Really comfy bed and pillows. Really wish I knew what they were as I want them in my own home (downstairs bedroom). Really thoughtful welcome basket with bread, milk, crumpets, jam etc. Really handy downstairs shower/toilet room and main bathroom being on the 1st floor. Washing machine/tumble dryer handy. Didn't use the dishwasher. Hot tub was really big and fun. lots of games to play and literally a 60 second walk to the amusements and a really clean and sandy beach, but still far enough away for the area to be really quiet and relaxed. I was worrying about the key collection but it really is a case of putting in the code and getting your key. It is that simple. If I come to Mablethorpe again I would definitely want to come back to this place.
Negative: Drainage to sinks in the bathrooms and the downstairs shower is slow to drain and the sink plumbing in the kitchen was leaking but I informed the owner as soon as we found out. Every home has an issue at times so please do not let this put you off. I'm sure they will be fixed before anyone else stays there.
