Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The homestay was in close proximity to the beach. Also there is a bus stop nearby. Limited food options are available in Swiggy. The staff was very helpful and professional. They responded very quickly with a smile. The homestay has a vintage vibe, any one outside of Kerala can experience a Kerala house. The staff can cook good homely food.
Negative: The homestay is a little old and needs renovation. There are a total of 3 rooms. Only one room has good ventilation. Out of the remaining two, one room has very little space and lacks ventilation. The last room which is on the ground floor is spacious, but lacks ventilation. Breakfast options are very limited. They should include some other options for non local guests, like appam, or idiyappam. ( Which are known as the most famous kerala breakfast options) or maybe poori sabji ( as it is one of the comfort foods for most of the Indian.
Summary: Overall a good homely stay.
