Tally-Ho is a beach shack positioned centrally in Amity Point. For holidays just like they used to be, you can’t go past this 2-bedroom property with the original features and charms of yesteryear coupled with the comforts and convenience of modern day living.
This 2-bedroom property is fully fenced, making it perfect for small children and pets, with ample room down the side of the house for multiple cars, or a car and boat if you want to take advantage of Tally-Ho’s close proximity to the Amity boat ramp. The cosy open plan living, dining and kitchen area are great for spending time with loved ones after a day at the beach or out on the water, with screened louvres allowing the sea breezes to flow throughout the space.
The external bathroom is located at the rear of the property and offers a shower to wash away the salt and sand with a separate toilet. Please note that the bathroom is not attached to the house and is located at the back of the yard, just the way they used to be! A front loader washing machine is located in the external laundry and the BBQ is undercover in the single carport.
All amenities are within walking distance, including the public jetty and swimming enclosure, Old School Park with half basketball court, tennis court and playground, Amity Pavilion and the Amity General Store is a short stroll down the end of the street.
