Positive: The rooftop onsen is phenomenal, the staff is excellent and the location is great. The room's size and atmosphere are fantastic.
Negative: The TV has no smart access, which makes it a little old fashioned. I didn't really mind it but I imagine some people might.
Summary: Excellent ryokan-style hotel with a great onsen and food service.
