Quaint, 900 sq ft 2 story home with a loft. It sits right next to Fountain Creek; the sleepy year round stream that is fed by the snow melt from Pikes Peak. The new well-equipped kitchen and downstairs bath were just completed. Open the windows and you'll hear the sound of the stream. On the deck is a grill and large table that seats 8-10. Across our bridge is a beautiful shaded lawn picnic area.
This home sleeps 8, including the sleeper sofa. Queen in the bedroom, double bed in the loft and bunk beds in the loft. There is a full bath with tub/shower upstairs and a new full bath with shower on the main level.
The new kitchen with serving bar will be a gathering place for sure.

Summary: Sweet slice of heaven here. Clean, cozy, tranquil, the deer by the stream was amazing to see. We had the Best Bible reading on back deck with stream flowing by. Well stocked kitchen, loved the washer and dryer, very comfortable beds and plenty of incidentals.
