Positive: Fantastic location. Close to Circular Quay and public transport. Good communication from responsive host.
Negative: The apartment was cold and the thermostat didn't always cooperate. There were no blankets provided at all and the shower supplies (one small hotel bottle of shampoo and body wash) were insufficient for two adults and a child staying three nights. The window in the bedroom wouldn't seal completely, which added to the cold draft. Lint screen in dryer hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.
Summary: Great location and nice apartment that feels like it will improve for future guests.
