The hot tub does receive regular maintenance, and unless otherwise specified at the time of a last-minute booking, it will be operational during your stay. In the rare occurrence that a fault arises during your stay, we cannot guarantee a same-day repair due to the availability of engineers or parts. In such exceptional circumstances, we have a policy whereby for each night that the hot tub is not available for use during your stay, we will issue a refund of £20. This policy will form part of our booking and refund terms and is non-negotiable.
If the property is found to need excessive cleaning requirements, including the removal of rubbish or extensive cleaning of the hot tub, a supplementary cleaning fee of £50 per hour will be charged.
Furthermore, since we offer premium white bedding, any damage or staining will incur an additional laundering fee of £25 per bed, due to the challenging nature of such stains to eliminate.
