Positive: We were a group of four sharing the house during a conference in Birmingham. The house was ideal for our purpose, with four equally well equipped separate bedrooms for privacy, and two bathrooms to share, and plenty of commonly shared living space and large kitchen. It served us perfectly for our stay, and we felt 'home from home'! We also appreciated the lovely mature garden where we could sit outside having a meal. A very quiet leavy area, we felt very safe in. Bus stop into Birmingham less than 10 minutes from the house. It was nice to stay a little bit outside of the city. The property management company was very responsive, even during the weekend, and resolved minor issues very promptly. Would definitely recommend for a group with similar needs.
Negative: The kitchen was fully functioning, but a little bit scarcely equipped, but it was good enough for a short stay. But wouldn't cook lavishly extensive meals there. A few basic staples like salt, pepper etc were missed... we had to buy everything. The gas cooker was a bit difficult to operate for those not familiar with it. But all okay.
Summary: Superb house share in a leafy suburban area - ideal for a conference stay
