The patio is the perfect place to be anytime of day or night. Enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, socializing with friends, dinner, sunset moments and so much more. The convenience of walking distance to town is wonderful, where Marine Ave. offers shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's is a MUST)
This Beach House offers a remodeled and equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with laundry), and 3 bedrooms. A CalKing Master with en-suite bathroom, a Second Bedroom with a CalKing and a 3rd Bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunks. Tile and Wood floors throughout. It is the lower lever of a duplex and has ground floor access (no stairs) Walk right out to your private patio onto the boardwalk. Lounge and Dining Outdoor Furniture is there to relax from Sun Up to Sun Down.

Summary: This beachfront home is beautiful and very well appointed! The gorgeous kitchen, smart TV and large Bayfront patio are perfection! Ideally situated right off of Marine, close to all the restaurants and shops the island has to offer. Nikki is a very responsive and kind host. She and her family went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and amazing. Would come back again and again and again!
