Positive: The private beach was amazing. We came in by boat not knowing what we were going to find the cove proved a perfect location to leave the boat we also got to zip across the bay 5 mins to Rosario docks and buck bay shellfish farm has a public dock close by for lunch instead of driving the 44 min. It is a bit remote for cars and removed from town by 20 mins which is the case for most of the island. The house is unique and older but has everything you need and on a beautiful bluff that you only find in the San Juans.
