*While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets:
1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed
2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate
3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies
4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. (this fee is flexible for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you.
