Summary: The house is really adorable with all the amanaties you need. The mini-splits keep things as comfy as you want. Right at sunset the bugs come out for 45 minutes and are not messing around. Make sure you use bug spray if you're sitting outside at that time. Also, it apparently doesn’t happen often but we experienced the entire Island losing power for 6 hours or so. Everyone just sort of rolls with it. Also you get your own personal "concierge" service with Derrick the property manager. He will take care of any issue you have instantly. He answers his phone or is back to you in less than 10 minutes. Just a great vibe there all around.
