Positive: Location was perfect. Close to the Beach and good restaurant. Large space and comfy bed.
Negative: Cant really see the water unless you open the front door or sit out on one the wood benches (of which could be occupied by passerby's) A small table and chairs out front on the "porch" for meals or coffee would be nice. The bathroom is downstairs from the main bed- difficult to maneuver if you have to use it in the middle of the night. Don't ask for early or late check out- its not a courtesy and will cost too much.
Summary: Its the location only for me.
