Positive: Location was wonderful. Having the beach just steps away from the back of the property.
Negative: House is a bit dated. The back deck was not tidied up when we got there. Boogie boards left out. Back deck was not cleaned and swept off sand. Floor in the living room and kitchen felt sandy. Didnt feel like the house was cleaned well. There is not enough lighting in the bedrooms. The dining room could use brighter lights. Kitchen drawers need an upgrade and kitchen items need more organization.
Summary: Enjoyable stay!! Beautiful location!!
