Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The housekeeping system was frustrating. Guests now need to book housekeeping for the following day, which is fine in principle, but there is no option to choose a preferred time. Housekeeping arrived very early in the morning when we were still in the room, so I asked reception if they could instead come that afternoon. I was told the staff would be informed, but unfortunately no one came. It would be much more convenient if guests could select a morning or afternoon time slot when booking housekeeping. Another issue was the room temperature. The thermostat would not go below 23°C, making the room uncomfortably warm, and there was no fan available to help cool it down. With a few improvements to the housekeeping scheduling and room temperature control, the overall guest experience would be much better.
