ATTENTION: Our balcony remodel is complete and open! However, before booking please message me on the status of the exterior building renovation.
Lighthouse Towers is undergoing exterior balcony/walkway surface maintenance. Even though our balcony is complete; however, there are swing units attached to the ends of the building, enabling crews to access the last units. (Our unit is in the middle.) There is also associated intermittent construction noise and the hot tub/pool is often closed until work is complete. **If interested in booking, message owner for current status.** Bottom line: the views of the beach, gulf, and bay are incredible from our unit…and the beach is in perfect shape-waiting for you.
Post storms: Our unit sustained no damage. The building and pool required minor repairs, which are almost complete. Most restaurants have reopened, including The Columbia and Backwaters Grill across the street. **Please inquire with the owner before booking to get the most recent information.**
Two bedroom two bath 7th floor, remodeled DIRECT beachfront condo on gated property with manned security. Enjoy unobstructed 7th floor water views from every room! The master bedroom and living areas face the gulf (with attached balconies); the kitchen and guest bedroom face the waterway.
Lighthouse Towers has a beautiful pool and spa with changing rooms, bathroom facilities, two outdoor grills, gazebo, and kitchen area right on the beach. Shuffleboard, tennis/pickle ball, and basketball courts are on the property.
Sand Key Park is a short walk down the beach. Also within a short walk is a boardwalk shopping center on the water with Dunkin Donuts, nail salon, convenience mart, coffee shop, clothing & souvenir stores, Maggie Mae's diner, Backwaters Grill (steaks & seafood), Italian restaurant, and the famous Columbia Restaurant.
The entire unit is completely remodeled with a new pull out sofa bed leather couch, recliner, and full-size washer and dryer.

No Smoking in unit, on balcony, or in common areas. Per the homeowner's association, no pets are permitted and no diapered individuals are permitted in the hot tub or pool. This is not negotiable.
Note that all required lease paperwork must be completed within four days of receipt from owner, else reservation will be canceled and funds refunded per policy. Additionally, condo HOA requires receipt of completed lease paperwork 10 days prior to guest arrival.
