Positive: view was nice, location was safe and good if you got a car or uber. parking was inside and safe. gym and pool was cozy. reception was good with English but they weren't any of New Inn's crew (at least the one that was available in person). Nice balcony area Kitchen and home appliances was as they said. it was easy to contact customer support online checking out was easy.

Negative: Furniture wasn't so clean over all. The cushions that you saw in the photos was dirty thrown on top of one wardrobes. Mattresses and the pillows weren't so comfy except the one single bed. Extra foldable bed wasn't usable as one of the stands was broken and the mattress was dirty (so we used the couch), we were 5 people and bedding sheets for 4 and 5 pillows, I asked for one more bedding sheet and the answer was "We may send 1 more" and they didn't. The check in time is not flexible at all (we had conversation regarding to it and they said they will check and let me know , but didn't get back to me in that regard till the check-in time), It even took them later than 15 o'clock. (Understandable) Wish there was more than one card to the lifts, hard to manage with 5 people. (I was told it was for security reasons) So over all the service was more of communicational formalities, didn't enhanced the situation at all. maybe it's better for 1-3 people so you don't face much issues.

Summary: I could feel better about my stay, but I didn't have the best experience.
